Wednesday Wisdom

So I haven’t posted for a while, and it’s mainly because I was in Orlando, Florida for the last six days at a Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) conference.

But I wanted to share an interesting thought I found while reading my book on the plane home, and since I haven’t been posting like I should, I’m going to post this while it is still technically Tuesday.

“Nothing is true, nothing is false, everything is the color of the glass you’re looking through.”

–Rosario Ferré, The House on the Lagoon

This is particularly true throughout the novel, but also in real life–what is true and what is false? It all depends on the person’s point of view. The simple answer: there is no ‘one’ truth.
