Quick and healthy snack: Fruit smoothie/Batido de fruta

   I have found that when I’m hungry and only have five minutes, this is the perfect snack.

What you need: 1 cup frozen fruit, 1 banana, 1 cup vanilla yogurt, ½ cup skim milk (or almond milk)

   Throw everything in a blender, and that’s all there is to it!
