A quick side dish: Roasted Mushrooms

   Calling all mushroom fans: I have found a delightfully easy and quick recipe for a side dish. No slicing, only washing and shaking.

What you need:

-1 pound mushrooms

-2 garlic cloves

-1 tsp fresh thyme

-1 tsp parsley

-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

-¼ cup olive oil

-salt, pepper, and butter to taste

   But remember, all these ingredients should be to your taste. Alter accordingly.

What you do:

1. Mix the oil, vinegar, thyme and garlic in a bowl.

2. After washing and drying the mushrooms, add to bowl and shake until mushrooms are coated in the mixture.

3. Put onto a baking sheet, add cubes of butter spread throughout, and pop into the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

4. After coming out of the oven, sprinkle some parsley and enjoy.
