
As you can see, my shrimp bowl is actually a shrimp plate, but that’s cause I love eating and could fit more on a plate than in a bowl! Haha. Something to keep in mind 😉
What you need:
-shrimp, rice
-can of corn
-1 red pepper
-1 avocado
-spices: salt, pepper, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika
-cilantro
-lime juice
-olive oil
What you do:
1. Cook rice according to package instructions, set aside.
2. Chop pepper and along with corn, sautéed in olive oil.
3. Toss shrimp in bowl with all the spices and lime juice, cook until brown (approximately 3 minutes on both sides).
4. Mix pepper and corn with rice, lay on plate.
5. Add sliced avocado and shrimp, along with cilantro, on top.
6. Enjoy!
